For the sake of comparison, the stock market and bond investments are have an average rate of returns of 4 to 8 percent. However, land investments can offer returns as high as 200 percent. The greatest reward to land investments is the significant return on your investment. Remember land always appreciates in value.
With the help of a realtor in the area you are looking at investing, you will know how and when to act with a land investment. Find a realtor with a solid reputation with at least 10-15 years experience in the business of buying and selling land. The right realtor will know land the way a banker knows money. They will always work with you to insure your dollar is maximized. So if you are looking for ways to invest, now is the time to start thinking about it. There are no bad reasons to invest in land. Since there isn't any more land being made, it can only increase in value.
