Before the showing, check each room of the apartment for potential safety hazards such as open electrical wires, wet floor, or broken windows. Place your pets in cages or safety carriers. The last thing that you would want is your pets harassing your potential buyers.

Cleanliness and convenience. Buyers who are looking for an apartment do not want to spend their time in revamping the place. Most likely, they are active type, working people, or older people who do not want the hassles of running and maintaining a large house.
